The apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and use of an external, ground floor games room with a snooker table and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car in the courtyard, bike storage, horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with the owner, shared use of the tennis court by arrangement and shared use of 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and barbecue areas. Butler?s Flat is a lovely, romantic base for your holiday.

Bike storage. Horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with owner. Shared use of tennis court by arrangement. Shared patio with furniture and 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and BBQ areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Note: Guests will need to be responsible for their horse whilst staying at the property. Note: Patio shared with other holiday property. |
